Every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sardinia invites guests to gather with family and friends, enjoy live music and dine “Italian Style.” Chef Andrea Fadda has created both prix fixe and à la carte menus, offering plenty of choices for every mood. Live music is featured most Sundays beginning at 12:30 p.m., while $6 mimosas and bellinis pair perfectly with a leisurely afternoon.
Brunch specialties include the Uova Meringhe alla Carbonara, a double-egg soufflé with a molten poached-egg center, carbonara sauce, and crispy guanciale. The Omelet Sarda combines sausage, zucchini, spinach, and pecorino, while the Uova in Purgatorio features eggs poached in spicy arrabbiata tomato sauce. For those looking to linger over a Sunday lunch, lobster ravioli with shrimp in pink vodka sauce is another delicious choice.
