Excitement is building as Giselle Currlin, affectionately known as Gigi, prepares for the incredible honor of competing in the prestigious Margot Fonteyn International Ballet Competition in London.
After achieving the exceptional and seldom-awarded mark of High Distinction in her Royal Academy of Dance Advanced 2 examination, Gigi qualified to take part in this internationally renowned competition. Her experience in London will include a week of choreography, classes with internationally acclaimed master teachers, and the opportunity to perform on one of London’s iconic stages alongside talented dancers from around the world.
Gigi has achieved Distinction in every Royal Academy of Dance examination since the age of six, building an extraordinary foundation as she continues her journey as an IDA-trained ballerina.
International Dance Academy is proud to be the only dance studio in South Florida offering preparation and examinations through the world-renowned Royal Academy of Dance. A qualification from the RAD is internationally recognized and respected throughout the dance world.
Beyond her talent, Gigi is loved for her sparkling personality, beautiful charm, and incredible humility. We could not be more excited to watch her represent IDA, Florida, and the USA on this international stage.
