Broward Health North is offering free health checkups on the last Wednesday of every month, beginning on September 26th, at 9:00am. The program, titled Coffee & Healthy Conversations, will include free health screenings, such as posture evaluations, stroke risk assessments, cholesterol checks and more, a physician lecture and refreshments.
Members of the community will have the opportunity to have health questions answered from Broward Health’s top clinicians in the areas of:
- Cancer
- Pharmacy
- Joint Replacement & Spine
- Memory Loss & Disorders
- Rehabilitation
- Respiratory Care
- Sleep Apenea
- Stroke
The first event will feature a talk by Radiologist, Dr. Richard Spira, on how early detection can prevent prostate cancer and coronary artery disease.
The events will be hosted at 9:00am, on the last Wednesday of every month at the Broward Health North Conference Center, 201 E Sample Rd., Deerfield Beach.
