The nineteenth season of the WestonNights Outdoor Concert Series kicks off on Saturday, November 18th, with the tropical tunes of Caribbean Chillers. Immerse yourself in a tropical getaway that will whisk you away from the park to a sandy beach with steel drum rhythms and carefree melodies. Bring lawn chairs or a blanket and arrive early to pick your perfect seating area.
The Caribbean Chillers SHOW is an “AUTHENTIC” recreation of what you’ll hear, and experience at a Jimmy Buffett Concert and Florida’s FAVORITE Jimmy Buffett Tribute Act!
Get ready for the “island escapism” style of music, with hits like “Margaritaville” and “Cheeseburger in Paradise.” The Caribbean Chillers will recreate the unique feel and sound of a Jimmy Buffett’s concert embodying the relaxed, tropical vibe so many know and love.
The Caribbean Chillers play covers of Jimmy Buffett’s most popular songs, while also trying to replicate the concert experience with the same kind of energy and atmosphere. Fans of Jimmy Buffett who might not have gotten to see the original artist live (or those who just want to relive the experience) will be thrilled to experience this FREE concert.
The concert takes place from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the event stage in Weston Regional Park. A lighted playground is next to the concert area where children can play before the show. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and to arrive early to pick their perfect seating location. Coolers are welcome. However, alcohol is not permitted in the park.
Guests can also take advantage of the food truck offerings. There are typically three to five food trucks with an assortment of food from pizza and hamburgers to ethnic cuisine, and even something to satisfy that sweet tooth.
