After leading highly successful business teams and earning Coldwell Banker’s top Global Luxury designation, the International Presidents Circle, and Million Dollar GUILD™ recognition, I embarked on a new venture. I founded dluxuss Real Estate Group, assembling a contemporary, sophisticated, and knowledgeable team of top-tier real estate professionals.

Could you tell us about your team’s background?
The dluxuss Real Estate Group comprises five members. We collaborate with several attorneys who assist with client relocations from abroad and manage investment opportunities for rental income. Karina Hernandez, with her pharmacy background, offers meticulous staging techniques and home decor advice to ensure properties look their best. Gemma Villadegut, with her banking experience, aids luxury clients in understanding the financial aspects of transactions. My background in international business and expertise in commercial deals and investments complete our team’s diverse skill set. In 2022, our team sold over $43 million in gross sales and closed 53 transactions.
