Bring The Entire Family To Coral Springs’ Haunted House

Bring your superheroes, princesses and cartoon characters to a family friendly Halloween Haunted House in Coral Springs.

Enjoy a weekend filled with Halloween fun! The Coral Springs Haunted House will be held on Friday, October 26 from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday, October 27th from 2 pm to 7 pm at the Coral Springs Gymnasium, located at 2501 Coral Springs Drive.

Children will wander through a non-scary haunted house that weaves through the indoor classrooms and then have a chance to play on bounce houses and slides. There is also a themed room for the youngest visitors. Trick-or-Treaters can take a walk through the haunted rooms and will get their share of candy as they leave. Costumes are encouraged! Refreshments may also be purchased during the event.

Since its inception 30 years ago, the Coral Springs Haunted House has been a fun event for the local community.

“The Coral Springs Haunted House started 30 years ago as an outdoor, fun family event in our City parks. As the event grew, so did the need for a venue that was weather-proof, so in 1990, the City moved the Haunted House to the Coral Springs Gym and expanded its hours,” said Lynne Martzall, Media Relations Coordinator for the City of Coral Springs.

The event is great for children up to 10 years of age with fun activities, games and interaction with City staff.

“The City enjoys providing a safe environment for children to celebrate Halloween,” said Martzall, adding, “The goal is to ensure that children who walk through our “non” scary Halloween Haunted House have a safe and enjoyable time.”

They are in need of teen volunteers looking to earn service hours.
