Brandon Marshall was in peak physical condition during his 13 seasons in the NFL and was widely regarded as one of the most physically dominant players in the league. Marshall attained his elite level of athletic prowess through years of hard work using advanced training techniques.
Marshall decided to bring the principles typically reserved for the likes of the NFL or WNBA athlete to everyone by founding House of Athlete (HOA). We sat down with HOA’s Director of Marketing, Christopher Gaube, to learn more about the exciting concept.
