The Sziro Journey
John and Kelly began their journey when John began manufacturing jewelry in 1989. Three years later he met Kelly and soon they opened a unique 5-showcase booth at the American Diamond Exchange. John manufactured high-quality custom jewelry for the wholesale market while the couple maintained a small retail store in the exchange. Their collaboration flourished, and after six successful years at the exchange, the dynamic duo opened their own store, “Sziro” in 2001.
The store stands as a testament to the belief that jewelry is more than an adornment; it’s a wearable art form. Sziro Jewelry is a reflection of their combined personal styles, forever evolving and redefining what it means to provide an extraordinary jewelry experience to their clients. Sziro’s custom design process begins with capturing your vision. They will have in-depth discussions and picture references to capture your vision, followed by their expert designers using specialized computer software to create a detailed 3D model of your dream piece. Next, Sziro’s state-of-the-art rapid prototyping machine will create a highly detailed, life-sized wax model of your masterpiece-to-be. This will allow you to see and feel every intricate detail before it is brought to life in precious metal. Finally, their Master Jewelers will bring your design to life, casting it gold, silver, or platinum and meticulously setting exquisite gemstones.
Restoration and Repair

All jewelry repair is done in-house by their master jewelers. Most jewelry repairs can be completed while you wait. They offer complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection services to ensure precious gemstones are secure, and looking their most beautiful. They also offer a full suite of repair and restoration services, including laser welding for intricate and delicate repairs, replacement of parts, diamond & gemstone setting, and replacement of lost stones, ring sizing and so much more.
