Do you specialize in any particular market?
My team and I help our clients buy and sell homes throughout Broward County. We do, however, specialize in single family and luxury properties in Cooper City and Davie.
Describe your team.
Our team has been together for more than ten years. Our success is based on the golden rule: we treat others the way we wish to be treated, and that philosophy has served us well. Our clients can always count on us to do our best.
We listen, return calls promptly, and work diligently from start to finish to help clients realize their goals. We have completed hundreds of sales in Broward County and are familiar with many subdivisions, along with the amenities that Broward County has to offer its residents.
What types of people do you work with?
We serve all types of clients.
I love working with all kinds of people, from first-time home buyers to high-end luxury home sellers. About 50% of my business comes from past clients and referrals. The other 50% comes from my aggressive marketing campaigns, using the Internet, magazines, postcard mailings, and more.

I was born in the Midwest, where I learned the value of good old fashioned hard work. I also learned the importance of honesty, integrity, and loyalty. I am willing to take a risk and put my money where my mouth is.
Putting together a strong marketing campaign for each sale is more important today than ever. The key to getting top dollar is to price the house well and to make sure it shows well.
I have the necessary skills, experience, and knowledge to analyze the market correctly to find the proper value of a home. We formulate marketing plans to target the right type of buyer for each home we list.
