Make a Difference One Paw at a Time: Join the 2025 VCA Walk for the Animals

Lace up your sneakers and leash up your pups! The 35th annual VCA Walk for the Animals takes place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the picturesque Las Olas Intracoastal Promenade Park. This one-of-a-kind South Florida event combines a scenic one-mile beachside walk with the chance to make a difference for the Humane Society of Broward County.

Enjoy a day filled with vendor booths, live entertainment, prizes, and more! Participants who fundraise for the VCA Walk for the Animals 2025 can earn exciting rewards, starting with the official Walk t-shirt at $150. Raise $1,000 or more, and your dog could compete to be the 2026 Walk Cover Dog. This year’s Cover Dog is Camie, an 11½-year-old Great Dane from Lake Worth.

Event chairs Carey Morgan and Michelle Watson are thrilled to welcome Local 10’s Animal Advocate Jacey Birch, along with emcees from Hits 97.3 and Easy 93.1 to the VCA Walk for the Animals 2025.
