Your server interacts with guests as he or she melts scrumptious cheese, creating a fondue master piece. The guests then dive in with artisan bread, pretzel bread, vegetable crudites, and crisp seasonal fruit, all dipped in the warm, melted, ultra-smooth cheese fondue worthy of the Swiss Alps.
Following the cheese course is a full array of protein options, including beef, poultry or seafood. The server whisks away the cheese pot and replaces it with a fresh pot of oil, or one of their secret fat-free broths. Most entrees consist of choice meats, poultry, and fresh seafood. There are also options for plant-based and gluten-free diets.
The final course of the decadent meal is dessert. Melted chocolate fondue is accompanied by a delicious assortment of fresh fruits, pastries, and even dusted marshmallows.
