Shall we dance? On Saturday, December 3, 2022, The City of Weston, in cooperation with the Weston Music Society, is hosting “Dance Decades Party.” Join us at the Weston Town Center on Bell Tower Lane (behind the Bell Tower) with the entire family for a high-energy dance party. The fun begins at 6:00 pm and runs through 8:00 pm. Free admission.
Diane Marett, Vice President of Events for the Weston Music Society, notes, “This is the second year of this concept for us. We think a dance party is a great way for the families of our community to interact with each other – music is everyone’s common denominator!”
Come dressed in your white party best and be ready to dance the night away! Bring the entire family and gather some friends to enjoy a live DJ and emcee who will keep you moving to hits from the 70’s to today. Arrive early for a photo opportunity with Olaf from Disney’s Frozen at 5:30 p.m. (only available until 6 p.m.)
Mark your calendars now for this very special evening. Bring your dancing shoes, your very special moves, your kids, the grandparents – everybody will swing and sway and maybe even sing along to 50 years of musical favorites.
Gina Catone, President of the Weston Music Society, adds, “Our dance party will feature music from the decades starting with the ’70s and conclude with hits from today. The music will appeal to all age groups and it will be a magical evening! We are thrilled to partner with the City of Weston for this event and we are grateful for our relationship with the Weston Town Center who provides us the space for this event.”
